A: Yes, we ship worldwide. The shipping charges depend on the product value and the destination address, which the customer must bear.

A: If you are an existing customer, please use the registered mobile number (The number shared in your application form while enrolling in the new scheme) to sign up and use our quick-pay option for your monthly installments online through our website or Android or iOS app.

A: Cash on Delivery (COD) is a mode of payment that allows you to pay in cash upon receipt of your product. We verify the address and identity of the user before proceeding to checkout, and we take advance payment for COD orders valued more than 2,00,000.

A: No, cash on delivery service is available only for addresses within India.

A: We do not charge any extra amount for COD service.

A: All the products featured on our website are available for COD, except gift cards/ gift vouchers and products valued at more than 10,00,000.

A: Currently, orders with a cart value between INR 5000 and INR 2,00,000 for selected pin-code addresses within India are eligible for COD service.

A: Currently, we are serving selected pin codes for COD. Please check if we do COD to your PIN code on the product page, shopping cart page, or checkout payment page. If there is no courier service available in your area, we apologize for the inconvenience. However, reach out to our customer service for assistance.

A: In the case of COD, the amount can be refunded either through cheque or online transfer as NEFT (National Electronic Fund Transfer). The mode of refund depends on the customer’s choice: A) If the customer provides a cancelled cheque with the returned product, then the refund can be made within 7-15 working days & amount will be refunded directly into the customer's account through an online transfer as NEFT. B) If the customer doesn't provide any cancelled cheque, then the amount will be refunded through a cheque in the customer’s name only, which will be sent by courier to the address provided by the customer at the time of registering/placing the order. It may take up to 30 working days.

A: Once the order is placed successfully, our support centre will call to validate the order. If the confirmation call is unanswered, we reserve the right to cancel the order. The order amount should be paid in full upon receipt of the product. The package can be opened only after making the payment. Please note that partial orders can’t be delivered.

A: To cancel your order, call customer care at 1800-09-7576 or email us at support@pothysswarnamahal.com. However, the order can be cancelled only before our customer service confirms it.

A: Our delivery partners will only accept Indian Rupees.

A: In the unlikely event that an order gets lost during transit, we wait 15 days to track it. If we are still unsuccessful, we process your refund through the payment mode that you opted for when placing the order.

A: There are no shipping/delivery charges within India. All orders within India are covered under insurance, from origin to customer destination. For information on shipping charges for international orders, please see the Shipping and Handling Charges section under Shipping Policy section
