Pothys Swarna Mahal (PSM) is the premium jewellery division of the renowned POTHYS Group, a leader in textile retailing for over 95 years. Launched in July 2021, Pothys Swarna Mahal offers a stunning collection of Gold, Diamond, Platinum, and Silver jewellery, blending timeless tradition with modern design.

Our journey commenced with two grand showrooms in Tamil Nadu in 2021, followed by our first showroom in Kerala in 2022 and the opening of showrooms in Trichy and Coimbatore in 2023 and 2024. With each showroom ranging from 18,000 to 24,000 sq. ft., we take pride in offering an extensive inventory that caters to our customers' diverse tastes and preferences.

Pothys Swarna Mahal operates in two states in India, Tamil Nadu and Kerala, with seven branches in Tirunelveli, Chennai, Poonamallee, Trichy, Coimbatore, and Salem in Tamil Nadu, as well as Thiruvananthapuram (also known as Trivandrum) in Kerala.

Within a year of our launch, we earned the prestigious 'National Jewellery Award' for the Best Bridal Jewellery of the Year 2022 and 2023, from the Gem and Jewellery Council of India, this award is considered as the Oscars of the Indian Jewellery Industry. In recognition of our excellence in the jewellery retail industry, the Economic Times honoured us with the “Jewellery Brand of the Year” for 2025.

Through our digital platform, Digigold, we have successfully combined traditional gold investment with modern technology, offering a seamless online and offline experience. This initiative has attracted a new generation of customers, with 86% of them being first-time buyers, including 46.1% from Gen Z.
