Please refer to the terms and conditions overleaf your invoice. You can exchange your purchase for full value. No balance is retained!

International Orders

Lifetime Exchange applies to International Orders that are subject to physical exchange at any of our stores or through your authorised family members or friends.

* If any discount was given on the metal and stone value during the original purchase, an equivalent amount will be deducted from the Exchange amount (Maximum value of Rs. 10 lakhs).

Lifetime Buyback

You can sell your solitaire diamonds and diamond jewellery purchased online back to us.

An additional 10% will be deducted from the Lifetime Exchange" (LTE) value*

Plain Gold / Platinum / Gemstone Jewellery

An additional 3% will be deducted from the LTE value *

We offer three convenient saving schemes to help fulfill our customers' needs: Daily, Monthly, and Annual. Each plan provides flexibility and convenience based on your savings goals. Generic

1. Customers can get VA benefits only if payments are made every month without default.

2. In case of default, VA benefits will be decreased.

3. Maturity is the completion of 11 months

4. This cannot be extended under any circumstances.

5. Customer can buy jewellery only after completing 11 months

6. No prevailing offers / discounts are applicable while purchasing jewellery under this scheme,

7. If jewellery weighs more than the scheme amount, VA will be charged for the excess quantity.

8. Gold coins can be purchased under this scheme.

9. No cash refund will be permitted under any circumstances.

10. EMAs must be paid by the end of every month.

11. Collect the receipt for the amount remitted from Pothys Swarna Mahal. It is mandatory.

12. Offers under the scheme can be availed only if regular monthly payments are made.

13. Each EMA must be paid by the end of every month, not before or after.

14. Partial withdrawal from the advance paid will not be allowed.

15. GST charges are levied as per Govt. norms.

16. Produce ID proof and bank passbook at the time of joining and redemption.

17. Jewellery under the weight-based scheme can be purchased according to the EMA accumulated in the account. After the EMA is credited to the company account, the gold weight in grams (as per the market price on the date of payment) will be added to the customer's account.

18. Stone charges are applicable.

19. No interest is applicable for any advance paid

20. Any dispute would be subject to Chennai High Court jurisdiction only.
