How it Works?
All you have to do is choose an investment slab and join the Swarna Viruksham One-time Payment Plan through our mobile application or by visiting any PSM store.
One-time Payment:
On enrollment, you can select an investment amount of your choice and make a one-time advance payment online (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, NEFT, etc.) or offline.
Gold Weight:
Your invested amount will be credited to your account as gold weight, based on the applicable gold rate on the date of enrollment.
Maturity & Redemption:
After completing the plan tenure, you can redeem your accumulated gold weight to purchase your favourite jewellery and enjoy the applicable Value Addition (VA) benefits as per the scheme.
This benefit is applicable on eligible jewellery, including Wedding Jewellery, Special Occasion Jewellery, Antique Jewellery, Precious Jewellery, Bridal Jewellery, Pooja Items, and Gold Coins, subject to the scheme terms and conditions.
You will receive a Payment Instrument/Receipt at the time of enrollment, which should be preserved and surrendered at the time of redemption.

Yes, minimum of Rs. 25,000 to maximum of Rs.2,00,000 for cash deposit and there is no limit for old gold deposit.

Yes. Customers can enroll using their old gold without any limitations on deposit. Old gold purity will be measured using state of the art purity machines available in our store and the value will be deposited as gold weight at the prevailing rate.
Yes. Under this plan, the customer can purchase special items with No (VA) benefits upto 20% on value addition to the extent of gold weight mentioned in your payment instrument, as per the benefits table.
The Swarna Viruksham helps you plan in advance to buy Jewellery for weddings and special occasions with Exclusively No (VA) benefits upto 20% on value addition. You can renew your old Jewellery with an exquisitely handcrafted wedding and special occasion jewellery collection.
Yes, the member can purchase gold coins without Value Addition (VA) and making charges.
Yes, minimum 6 month lock in period to avail VA benefits.
Yes, you can break the lock-in period and purchase up to the weight mentioned in your payment instrument by paying full VA.
No, a Cash refund will not be permitted under any circumstances, as per government regulations.
Yes, GST and any other Government levies will be borne by the member at the time of invoicing.
If jewellery weighs over and above the accumulated weight, VA will be charged for the excess quantity. If the VA of the selected jewellery is over and above 20%, the excess VA will be charged.
Terms and conditions.
1. The Swarna Viruksham purchase plan offered by Pothys Swarna Mahal Private Limited facilitates customers to purchase jewellery with certain discounts subject to these terms and conditions.
2. This plan is valid for 345 Days from the date of issue.
3. This plan can only be redeemed against purchase of jewellery or ornaments mentioned in this plan document.
4. This plan is non-encashable in any situation.
5. At the time of enrollment, customers will be awarded with a payment instrument with details.
6. Customers should surrender the original payment instrument at the time of redemption.
7. The payment instrument is not valid without an authorized signature and company seal.
8. The company is not responsible for loss/theft of the payment instrument.
9. Once the original payment instrument is redeemed by any other person, the company is not liable for further claims.
10. Partial redemption is not allowed under any circumstances.
11. The company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions in the future.
12. Customers can get full VA benefits only after completing 11 months from the date of issue.
13. In case a customer wants to pre-close before the tenure, the VA benefit will be decreased.
14. The tenure cannot be extended under any circumstances.
15. No prevailing offers/discounts are applicable while purchasing jewellery under this scheme.
16. If the jewellery weighs over and above the accumulated weight, VA will be charged for the excess quantity. If the VA of the selected jewellery is over and above 20%, the excess VA will be charged.
17. Gold coins can be purchased under this scheme.
18. No cash refund will be permitted under any circumstances.
19. Transfer of ownership is prohibited.
20. Duplicate payment instruments will not be issued.
21. Partial withdrawal from the advance paid will not be allowed.
22. GST and other Government levies will be borne by customers at the time of redemption.
23. Produce ID proof and bank passbook at the time of joining and redemption.
24. Stone charges are applicable.
25. No interest is applicable for any advance paid.
26. The company, at its sole discretion, can alter, amend, modify, add, or delete any or all of the terms and conditions from time to time.
27. Customisation of jewellery is not allowed under this scheme; customers can choose only from the available merchandise at the time of purchase.
28. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Chennai High Court only.
